Established in 2014, McKILROY is a multi-label menswear boutique based in Perth, Australia. Retailing an eclectic array of brands, including Gitman Vintage, Common Projects, Officine Generale, Hender Scheme, and more, McKILROY is for the confident and stylishly incognito man.

&Larry based McKILROY’s brandmark on the concept of enigma and anonymity. The result is a reconstructed hybrid of 8 sans-serif typefaces that intentionally appear obscured across all collateral through a selection of tactile materials and processes. 

To pique the curiosity of passers-by during refurbishment, the storefront was entirely covered with paper, tiled to form “WE ARE OPENING SOON”. Sheets were then removed at random, as a lead-up to the message on the opening day, “WE ARE OPEN”.
